1. What we collect
- Account data: your email and a securely hashed password.
- API keys: stored only as a hash; the secret is shown once at creation.
- Usage metadata: per-request counts, bytes, timestamps, exit country and HTTP status, used for metering and analytics. We do not store the bodies of the pages you fetch.
- Billing data: card payments are processed by Stripe. We are the seller of record; we store only identifiers and balances, never full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To provide and meter the Service, prevent abuse, support you, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Proxied traffic
Requests you send through the gateway are forwarded to your chosen destinations. We log metadata for billing and abuse prevention but do not retain response content.
4. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Usage events are retained for a rolling period for billing and analytics, then aggregated or deleted.
5. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure and payment sub-processors needed to run the Service, and where required by law. We do not sell or share customer requests or extracted data with third parties. We disclose data only to governments or law enforcement under valid legal process.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself from the dashboard (Danger zone), or contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security
Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, API keys are SHA-256-hashed, and traffic is served over TLS. No system is perfectly secure; use strong, unique credentials.
