Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the Scrapeland API ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The Service
Scrapeland provides a web data extraction API backed by a rotating-proxy gateway. You authenticate with an API key and route HTTP/HTTPS requests through our infrastructure. Availability, pool size, and exit locations are provided on a best-effort basis and may change.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law, or a destination site's terms or robots directives in a way that is unlawful;
- access, distribute, or store illegal content, malware, or CSAM;
- attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system (DDoS, credential stuffing, intrusion);
- send spam, phishing, or fraudulent traffic;
- resell raw access in a way that circumvents per-account metering.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.
4. Plans, billing & metering
The Service is billed per 1,000 successful requests, via plan allowances and/or prepaid pay-as-you-go balance. Usage is metered on our side and is authoritative. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prepaid balances are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation, refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal — including the 14 days a consumer has to withdraw — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. API keys & security
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected compromise; you can revoke keys at any time from your dashboard.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular IP, country, latency, or uptime will be available, or that destinations will accept proxied traffic.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrapeland is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
